Does Handover decide who pays?

No. AI suggests classifications and a deduction range from editable city repair costs. Both parties review the evidence and accept or counter the amount.

What makes an inspection file tamper-evident?

The server records the upload time and SHA-256 hash. GPS is stored when you permit it. You can also connect an RFC 3161 timestamp authority for an independent timestamp token.

Can I capture without a connection?

Yes. Clips remain in an on-device queue until you reconnect. The server seals each file when it reaches Handover.

Is the legal notice ready to serve?

The paid draft is a starting document. A qualified advocate should review it before it is served.
