Refund and cancellation policy

Move-in report

Free. No payment is taken.

Tenancy pack (₹1,499)

Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and before a move-out comparison has been generated for that tenancy. After a comparison is generated, the pack is non-refundable.

Legal notice draft (₹2,999)

Non-refundable once the draft has been generated.

Business plan (₹999 per property per month)

Cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges. The current month is not refunded.

Failed or duplicate payments

Money debited for a failed or duplicate payment is refunded in full to the original payment method.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Email info@bubbletech.in with the tenancy ID and payment date.
